Dr. Dinkins founded O R Business Consulting which provides Business Managers and Leaders with an evaluation of their organizational performance and makes substantive recommendations for improvement. She is the author of Organizational Restructuring and Job Growth: A Predictive Correlational Study which has been published in the University of Phoenix’s library via Pro Quest. Dr. Dinkins lives in Mount Royal, New Jersey with her family.
